Now try to imagine, that you are on a bike in the middle of the road stuck in red light. Will you get down and then go to harass a woman? Too much to think for me.

Now, in-spite of all this,  if we consider her claim on FB to be the first one and there was no cartel between her and Vikas Yogi (despite both of them being from one party and knowing each other), does that mean, if a girl takes anyone’s photo and posts that on FB, the guy is guilty? Please have some sense. Anyone needs to be considered innocent until proven guilty.

        • There seems to be a bug in twitter. From mobile I can see time stamp of this post as 23 august, 11:52 pm, where as from laptop, it shows 11:22 am 23 august. Clearly, from the type of comment the 11:22 am looks like the right one.

  4. Unbelieveable. How could men’s website degrade upto this level? i guess jasleen really did hurt men’s ego! Thats why they are posting such fake news to prove her wrong. I agree that men are badly portrayed many times and it dosent mean that men r alwys bad. Good men shall alwys b there. But for that, men, u need not build up fake news against a girl who stood up against something wrong done by men. She posted this incident on her FB timeline at 9 pm on sunday. Whereas Yogi (AAP Member) picked it up at 11pm sunday to tell the people how AAP took action against him. She did a great job and men, u should appreciate her. Encourage ur girlfriend, sister, wife, to act and become like Jasleen. At least once, keep ur ego down, .. leave the difference of a man and a woman ..and look what is right and wrong 🙂

About the time stamp, there is a bug in twitter. Check in a laptop, the “ladki ne chedda hoga” comment was posted at 11:22 am and not 11 pm.

An honorable retired judge of Supreme Court Justice Ganguly was accused of molestation by a Girl without any evidence and he had to resign from Human Rights commission due to Media trial. The fact is that the girl never came forward to give any statement to Delhi police despite repeated request nor did she appear in any court. Once Justice Ganguly resigned, matter rested.

        But have we realized that an honorable man was labeled as ‘Molester’ for life., but the lady who accused him false got no punishment at all?????????

      • She should be sued for defamation.In case the case turns out to be false, she should be punished fully for perjury.And all the monetary damages that guy has to bear has to be compensated by her.Furthermore who poses like as if he was posing to a photo shoot in public to an unknown person.Who took his photo?.Either the person who took this photo must be either his friend or somebody on the street except the girl who is alleging against him.How was she able to get the pic of that man.Did she take his pic without his permission?Then that is wrong.Just reverse the roles.Imagine a guy posting some random girl’s pic and saying bad things about her . Would we get the same reaction?.I presume she might have gained access to his photo through somebody who knows him.That may be the only plausible case.(:).

    TIP ONE: If a girl or a woman in a public transportation is in distress, never try to help alone but bring the public in so that the help she needs becomes larger, and everyone knows that you actually wanted to help her. If the same is on road then also, bring in the public for help. That will not only unify the people for at least few minutes, but would create a safeguard for your reputation.

Later, he was arrested by police. Our question is simple-Just because a ‘girl’ is saying, should we blindly believe her and beat the guy in the name of feminism ?? Is it not necessary to hear the other side of story ? After all the insult that guy got, what if he turns out to be a innocent ?? Will we be able to forgive ourself for spoiling his life ? If the guy is innocent, then without any investigation or even hearing his side of the story, the media, social media and public at large has declared him guilty. In an instance, we have destroyed his reputation, family’s respect, career, personal life and even his future. Is this fair ? Even criminals are allowed to defend themselves in the court of law. But not in a media trial. There could also be a possibility that the guy is wrong too.     1. As per boy, he is not denying not meeting her at Tilak Nagar red light.
    2. Girl took her photo and posted, edited or whatever but she only took the photo and posted, although no one knows the actual conversation or scene
    3. She is AAP Volunteer and works in NDTV, therefore there are chances she used her powers to make the small matter look big.

    There is possibility of boy being inocent or girl being the victim or both of them lying a bit.

I am not into politics and i don’t know what really happened but if the girl is lying then she is willingly destroying a boys future and that boy can be anyones brother or son.       Let us assume that some lady clicks your photo at a signal, this lady is a journalist, and goes back to her studio or home and then makes up some story and posts it with your photo. How will you prove you are not guilty? By the time you realize, you are on national TV and already being called a pervert.

      I think media should do proper due diligence before calling the guy a pervert or before publicly shaming him.
      Before any solid proof, it is just her word against that guy’s word.

  82. That is the pivotal point. If the photo was posted by someone else before her, in some other context, than the boy never posed for the shot and she never clicked that picture. That proves she is lying and the story is concocted. Young ladies must not play such pranks with the honor, dignity and life of young boys. However that does not mean to take bullshit from rouges and rowdies. Her plan of action could be followed in true molestation cases but media should follow only after due diligence.

  93. Today seen in India News it’s the girls are abusing , doing open Gundigiri in MG Road , Gurgaon, but unfortunately they can’t be booked as IPC354 is not applicable for women. Time to make the law like molestation gender neutral , so that whoever do the abuse others should be get booked irrespective of their gender.

  97. this is ridiculous.. how can you spoil your own image to gain publicity.. social media is good to promote positivity and not use it for your own interest.. in one of the news clipping where this girl is speaking, one can easily make out that she is lying.. a person has also confirmed on Zee News that the girl is lying.. our law need to hear the story of both the sides before putting blame.. looks like that news channel who are running out of news and are ready to make news out of any small event.. our police also need to be alert while taking action against any one.. if there is so much concerns about such things, why not media taking out the report from police stations across and build up the big story.. what non-sense is left out..

Off late I have realized that the term “Women/Woman” is used as a political term used as a tool to evoke natural reactions of empathy/mercy in the people so as to defend the wrong doings of unscrupulous ladies and to take away men’s rights in general with emotional blackmailing.For example if I mention some lady’s name who might have committed some heinous crime you would think bad of that person.For example that lady who killed her own daughter would evoke reactions of disgust in the people.But if I use the term “woman” to refer to this particular lady (who killed her daughter) without mentioning her criminal act immediately you would think good about her as men are programmed in their mind to think only good about all women in general.They most probably imagine Mother Teresa or their own mother whenever the word “Woman” is mentioned.Feminists are using this weakness of men to take away their rights and hide their crimes.
