Let’s see the validity of this opposition one by one –

Lalita Pradeep – (not sure if she is a woman, think so) “mostly women at receiving end’ – Said when DV against men is not a reportable crime. How did she get the data that most women at receiving end? How does she know men are criminal in those MOST cases and not the women?? Especially when the recent report says most elderly abuse happens by the DILs. Also, she didn’t explain what she thinks will require formation of a commission? How much violence??

So this is one vague comment from a bureaucrat that raises the question of her education and social awareness on this issue. She made it clear that she will not vote for such party with agenda for men, shows her respect for men. Men so far have never objected to women being empowered. Instead, men pay taxes to maintain a women’s commission that creates laws against men.

Akshai Abraham– ‘We are not overdoing things on women empowerment’- said when men are sent to jail on a plain complaint from a woman and when even after the complaint is proved false the woman is not sent to the same tenure in jail. He wants to be careful to protect women’s rights when women can even murder men accusing him of the intent of rape and go unpunished, file false cases and ruin families and ask for maintenance even though they are capable of working. When adultery by women is not punished and men are deprived of child custody but still pay maintenance.

We know how women’s groups are minting money in the name of empowerment. We are not surprised by these views of a social entrepreneur.

Kshitij Sheoran – Agreed that men undergo psychological harassment. But didn’t want any remedy for that. That only shows he is okay with psychological harassment of men. We can understand that being a law student he is already seeing a big business here.

Ashish Dalwani – “Out of the 10 cases of domestic violence, I think nine would be against women”- We have no idea where and how he got the stats that out of 10 cases 9 are against men when DV against men is not a reportable crime. We are amazed to find how people give an expert opinion without any knowledge on a subject.

“We definitely do not need another party”- he thinks he can decide for each and every one of 1.2 billion Indians whether they need any new party or not. That is pure stupidity.

Anju Narain – At least supported the formation of a commission. She thinks women are better leaders, still, we are yet to get proper proof either incorporate or in the political world.

Priyanka Sarkar – Felt the need of a commission and understood the scenario.
